Diffuser Chain

Keeping the process Clean.
We also manufacture conveyor chains for use in diffuser washing systems for use in the sugar processing industry.

The washing and straining during this process can prove very strenous on the conveyor chains being used. Due to the corrosive nature of the application the chains have been manufactured and treated to be as resistant as possible.
 
 
 
The chains run in matched pairs and use a multi levelled slatted system to move and separate the juice along the diffuser. Solid inner plate links reduce the areas for corrosion to occur and the solid stainless pins prove to be a very versatile material for dealing with this job.

The chain comes available in a variety of sizes depending on your specific mill requirements.Manufactured in Dudley, we have tooling for a full range of Diffuser chains and carry many components Ex Stock and can respond quickly to any requirement.
